Volunteers
- Two volunteers per Slot / Lecture / whatever
- No Backtoback Shifts
- They need an introduction, there will be a slot on day 1 (unconference day)
Event Dates
- arrival of crew on the 14th
- first day (15th of october) is unconference and buildup
- schedule for build-up
- talks on the 16th, 17th and 18th
- teardown on the 19th till 16:00
